The Hama Neon LED light strip is now on sale in the EU. Designed for indoor or outdoor use, thanks to an IP65 dust and water resistance rating, the LED light strip is 5 m (~16 ft) long and is made with a flexible material, allowing you to create curved designs.
The Hama RGB smart light is fully customizable in the Hama Smart Home app. Here, you can choose how the strip is divided into segments, adjusting the color and effects of each area; the number of LED bulbs and possible sections need to be clarified. There are 16 million shades and effects, like the slower color flow or flashing. You can use a sunset-inspired scene to automatically adjust the lighting based on the time of day or sync the lighting with your music or the sounds from a film or game. Other app-based controls include brightness adjustment and setting up your lighting schedule. Alternatively, you can control the Neon LED light strip with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands.
You can now buy the Hama Neon LED light strip in Germany for €89.00. Product listings on the company’s websites in the Netherlands, France, Spain, and Belgium indicate that it will also be launched in these countries, with prices ranging from €79.00 to €93.99. However, the release date for these markets remains to be seen.
